my approach

Life coaching is a process in which you the client, and I the coach become partners at helping you transform your life. The process begins by gaining a better understanding of your current situations, then creating a vision for where you want to go or what you want to change. Next, we set goals, then determine and overcome obstacles that are in the way. Finally, we develop a strategy and plan to reach your goals, and I provide support and motivation throughout the process.

 

Each session and the entire coaching process will be tailored to meet your needs.  I use a variety of tools and techniques for my clients, depending on your situation and what you are open to trying. I often in incorporate visualization, “S.M.A.R.T.” goal setting, inner healing principles/exercises, mindfulness practices, and tools from cognitive behavioral coaching, which focus on replacing negative thought patterns and beliefs with more positive patterns. If you are open, we can invite God into the process and incorporate prayer/meditation, scripture, and guidance from the Holy Spirit. My coaching sessions are safe and peaceful places, free of judgement, and welcoming to all.

My approach to coaching is holistic. I recognize that we are made up of body, mind, and spirit, and that each of these parts of our being can affect the others. My goal is to help you live fully in body, mind, and spirit. I believe that the more we discover and live into the divine design for body, mind, spirit, and relationships, the more fully we will live.
