Service Description

I offer workshops and events that are for small groups, which are interactive, informative, and life transforming. Some of the workshops can be offered as small groups or classes. Here are some that I offer: "Live Fully, Here and Now" exploring the practice of Christian based Mindfulness. You will learn about ancient and contemporary Mindfulness Practices that help you connect more deeply with God, reduce stress and anxiety, have more inner peace and live more fully. We will have open discussions and try out many of the practices during the meeting time. This is typically a 2 hour workshop. "Biblical Mentorship and Life Coaching" explores Biblical examples of mentoring, Biblical mentoring principles, and life coaching skills which can be used to compliment mentoring. We include discussion and teaching. This 2 hour workshop or class provides you with a fully color guide.
